The 125 Series line of conveyors from QC Industries feature a very low profile (1.89”), allowing these unique conveyors to be used in tight quarters where conventional conveyors will not fit. Belt widths of 2” to 24” are available, in lengths from 2 feet to 12 feet, with load carrying capacity of up to 450 pounds.

The Drive Tube propels the Carriers via skewed wheels mounted to the Carriers which are in turn spring loaded against the Drive Tube. Reversing the rotation of the Drive Tube reverses the direction of the Carrier. Flow direction changes are achieved through Switches that transfer the Carriers from one conveyor line to another.

This is white conveyor with variable speed drive for the final manual inspection before packing. W&H’s WHizlift is a unique vertical conveying unit that consists of a belt conveyor, steel frame and a rugged nylon retainer cover. The flexible and durable retaining cover automatically conforms to the products' shape, forming a protective "cocoon" which enables the product to be vertically transported - safely and securely. The compact design enables it to be used in very close quarters, allowing it to fit applications that cannot be supported by traditional incline conveyors. System operates continuously at 130 cycles per hour.overhead power conveyors and the durability of two 3” toe-to-toe load channels, OveR-Way overhead conveyors are the ideal high-capacity solution for transporting and storing work in process.
