Please note: Our conveyors come standard with a conveyor plough for cleaning the underside of the belts and the bottom roller. Prevents build-up of dirt, lengthens the life of belts and helps maintaining tracking of the belt. There are no vertical guides or cam ramps used for positioning, and no slides or bearings used in its construction, making the Pop-up Transfer Conveyor simple to maintain.

The New Smart Material Support System addresses those problems and many more! The new system includes Barrel Transfer Conveyor Dolly and a corresponding barrel conveyor, Material Transfer and Reservoir System Unit.
The Barrel Transfer Dollies are used to transport barrels of material from the warehouse to the assembly / production area. Additionally, the Dollies are used to transfer the barrels from and onto the Material Transfer/Reservoir System.
The Material Transfer and Reservoir System serves to provide means of lift and transfer of material from barrel into a proprietary pressure controlled fluid reservoir system. The Transfer Conveyor is ideal for the computer and electronic component, food and beverage, appliance, automotive, and glass industries where non-contact between product is crucial. To ensure non-contact product spacing, a variable speed driver control card is included to control speed differential.
