These Torrington bearings consist of a heavy-duty outer ring that has been ground to the optimum profile for minimum friction and stress at the contact point with the mating camshaft lobe. The full complement of needle rollers rides on a precision-ground shaft that is also used for mounting the bearing assembly in the valve-lifter or finger follower body. Complete Bearing and Seal QuadKits are true original equipment replacements with the exact Timken and Torrington bearing numbers as supplied to New Venture. This is important because 5 of the 8 tapered roller bearing components used in the NV4500 are improved versions of standard series bearings. These bearings are identified with unique suffixes. While standard bearings may dimensionally interchange, they do not meet the strict New Venture design specifications and may not provide satisfactory service life. Our seals are also exactly as specified by New Venture. Each bearing kit includes ALL the bearings and seals for a particular transmission. We custom assemble our kits to match your transmission so you don't have to pay for a lot of extra parts as you would from will-fit kits sold elsewhere. Also includes rebuild video, RTV sealant, and 2 types of Threadlocker.
