With adoption of an external gear coated with special rubber and an internal gear processed with MC nylon, solid, Teflon, PP or PE, no abrasion occurs on the gears, elongating their lives and facilitating high-pressure transfer. Proper for transferring liquids incapacitating high-speed revolution owing to the occurrence of cavitation phenomena when high viscose liquids like mortar, starch syrup, honey, paint, grease, red pepper paste and soybean paste are transferred. A motor can be connected to a pump in a direct or coupled type to meet the particular interest of a user. Adopting an internal gear coated with special rubber, the pump is so designed as capable of transferring slud-contained chemicals and sands-mixed liquids from low viscosity to high viscosity. Transfer of liquid containing heavy sludge brings heavy abrasion on the internal gear, making the outflow and outflow pressure inconstant. In this case, if the pump is manufactured in a multi-type, it can keep the outflow and outflow pressure constant even for a long-term use. Mechanical seals are made of SIC:SIC, SIC:ceramic or carbon:ceramic and are mounted in a double type.

Sherline has taken its P/N 3700 manual 4" rotary table and applied a stepper motor mount with dampened coupling in place of the handwheel. The mount accepts a #23 frame size stepper motor for CNC control. This allows the table to be used as a 4th axis with CNC systems that has the capability to drive a rotary axis. This table is also available as P/N 8700, which includes a stepper motor and a self-contained CNC controller for use as a stand-alone CNC indexer. NOTE: Because components of the table are ground as a set during production, it is not possible to change worm housings and upgrade a standard P/N 3700 manual rotary table to a 3700-CNC. External Gear : Coated with NV rubber or Viton rubber, or processed with Teflon, PP, PE or MC. Internal Gear : Coated with MC Nylon, Solid, Teflon, PP or rubber.
