Guide bush have below type: straight guide bush with oil groove,guide bush with heand and oil groove.The material used in guid bush is SUJ2,it hardness is HRC58-60.
The color of guide bush is bright.Price depend on its size,material and how complex to make it.Universal fixture insert (center front) and all bushing guides are made of the finest tempered steel with black oxide finish for rust resistance. Make your own drilling jigs and have precise results every time. Drill the hole in the jig to hold the insert and screw any one of the 5 sizes of bushings into it. Guide bushing: SUJ2 Material, Hardness HRC58 and above. After abrasive machining, it can amount to a dimensional precision of 0.005mm and a coaxiality of Φ0.005mm. A kind of oil-free guide bushing with mosaic structure of MoS2 and copper alloy is available to improve the grinding resistance.
