Special vulcanizing process is used to ensure a smooth surface and full surface bond. Fabricated from steel plates, pulley shafts of carbon steel, we offer conveyor pulleys that are used as a component of belt conveyors. Available in various specifications, we also have facility to provide customization in our entire range of conveyor pulleys. Our pulleys ensure continuous operation, increase bearing life and reduce power consumption.

INGECO also manfuacturers conveyor rollers and idlers suitable for heavy applications in stone crushing and mining industry. We also supply idler drums and pulleys for this application. The rollers are designed and manufactured to ensure efficient material handling. The bearings used are of best quality and are made of either SKF/Nachi/ to ensure lng trouble free life of the roller. Any kind of quantity and design can be catered by us. Taper lock pulleys are also available in any section, diameter and number of grooves. The bushing is made up of SG iron and ground to close tolerances.The pulleys are rubber lagged with natural synthetic / neoprint material with and without herringbone groove.The shell is made of IS: 2062 single rolled plate rim with welded end discs. The pulleys are statically balanced. Self cleaning type pulleys are supplied at Tail and snub on request.
